Puro Desert Lounge Weekend

Berlin, 28 June 2007 – The desert of Morocco will heat up again this autumn as it becomes host to the first ever Puro Desert Lounge Weekend, a unique social event and exotic festival mixing live music, global nomads, fine food and an ambience to match. For the weekend of 19-21 October, the flair and flavour of Puro Urbano and Beach – hotspots in Palma de Mallorca and Marbella – will be transported to the centre of the Marrakech Medina for a one-of-a-kind weekend celebration.
Daytime, the surroundings will be abuzz with commerce and Moroccan life while at night the “thousand-and-one-nights” setting is brought to life by rock, lounge and classical music acts. The exotic hippie chic atmosphere will be underscored with carpets, pillow, torches and tents to welcome a cosmopolitan crowd.
